Gindaco Takoyaki Pavilion Review

Hi peeps ! Today I will be writing a brief review about Gindaco takoyaki in Pavilion. We came here to grab some takoyaki as second round dinner after having sushi at the Tokyo restaurant bar & cafe est 1998. We ordered the Ebi Mayo as the photo taken above. The outer skins of takoyaki balls were crispy, the ebi mayo sauce was really tasty, however I didn't really like the stuffing as it was soft like smashed potato, but still it was tasted better than the original version from Japan (The original ones are even softer, like cream sauce texture). I prefer the takoyaki balls with chewy taste which have cabbage mix with wheat flour like the previous ones at Midvalley Aeon market (The balls were not tasty as before because the cooks were different now), this one was the version being altered in order to cater to local preferences haha.

Overall food taste and quality : 5 / 10 ( For those who love takoyaki balls with soft stuffing would definitely give higher ratings)

Environment and hygiene : 7 / 10

Location: 1.13.01, Level 1 (Pavilion)
